Rare, solid carved, tack-eye, rig mate mallard pair by the Dodge Decoy Company (Detroit, MI) ca. 1880s. Exceptionally difficult to find a rig mate pair, especially in good and original paint! The hen is 100% original, even the neck filler. The drake has one small area of paint strengthening on the upper side of the tail as well as neck partial neck filler repair on the right side.
