Bill Neal Mallard Pair
Early working solid carved mallard pair by Bill Neal (Sonoma, CA). Signed and dated 1972. Each measures approximately 16” in length. I believe these decoys to have been made circa 1950s and subsequently signed by Neal in 1972. They are consistent with the mallards shown on page 152 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller.
